Shediac - Hampton Tied at Two

On Friday night in Shediac the Hurricanes took a 2 – 1 series lead winning 4 – 3 . Chris Forbes lead the way for the Canes with two goals . Thomas Rice and Matt Ported added singles , Matt Bennett picked up two assist while Jesse Prescott , Ben Shephard , and Brad Hooper were credited with an assist each . Luc Barrieau scored two for Shediac and Vincent Dubuc added a single ,Jamie Sherrard , Joel LeBlanc , Rejean Martin , Mathieu Bastarache , and Julien Belliveau assisted on the Shediac goals.

Matt Ingraham turned away 36 shots for the win and Remi Brun faced 25 in a lossing cause .

Game Four in Hamptom the Predators come to play , after no scoring in the first the Predators put three on the board in the second . James Donovan scored twice and Sylvain Richard added a single to give the visitors a three goal lead going into the third . Guy Belliveau , Randy Cormier , and Julien Belliveau were credited wih the helpers . The Hurricanes found life in the third out shooting the Predators 9- 3 but Thomas rice assisted by Dax Pattison and Sam Merrithew was the only Hampton marker to get past Shediac goalie Tim Tucker who stopped twenty shots for the win . Hamptons Matt Ingraham faced 32 shots for the loss .

The teams return to Shediac on Monday night for the fifth and deciding game.
